What cookies and localStorage are

Mechanisms used by the website
The website uses the irix_b2b_session session cookie to maintain the session, protect the form with a CSRF token and handle form messages; it expires when the browser session ends. The irix_lang cookie stores the selected language for approximately 12 months. The irixCookieNotice value accepted is stored in localStorage to prevent the cookie notice from reappearing and remains until website data is removed in the browser.
Essential nature
These mechanisms are used only for website operation and security, form handling, language preference and remembering that the notice was closed. They are not used for behavioural advertising. Acknowledging the notice is not marketing consent.
Analytics and marketing
The website currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics or remarketing tools. If such tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and any mechanism requiring consent will not be activated before consent is obtained.
External resources
Fonts are downloaded from an external CDN. The website itself does not set an additional cookie for this purpose, but the CDN provider receives technical data needed to deliver the file, in particular the IP address, browser type and request time. The provider's privacy policy also applies to its processing.
Managing settings
Cookies can be viewed, blocked and deleted in browser settings. LocalStorage can be removed with the website's stored data. Blocking the session cookie may prevent the form from being submitted correctly, while deleting irix_lang removes the remembered language.
